Balance AI: Budget & Expenses is a personal financial management application developed by Michael Martinez Pulido. We respect your privacy and your right to request deletion of your personal data from our systems.

How to Request Data Deletion

  1. Send an email to support@balance.arcaico.com.co with the subject 'Data Deletion Request - Balance AI'
  2. Include in your message the email address associated with your Balance AI account
  3. Optionally, you can provide additional details to help us identify your account (username, approximate registration date)
  4. You will receive a confirmation email once your request has been processed

What Data Will Be Deleted

Data that will be permanently deleted:

  • Personal identification information (name, email, profile photo)
  • All financial transactions, accounts, budgets, and goals
  • Custom categories and preferences
  • Voice commands and conversation history with Balance AI
  • Usage data and activity logs associated with your account

Data that may be retained:

  • Anonymous aggregated data for statistical purposes (without any personal identification)
  • Transaction records required by law for tax or accounting purposes (anonymized after the legal retention period)

Processing Time

Data deletion requests are processed within 30 business days from receipt of the request. You will receive email confirmation once the process is complete. Please note that after deletion, you will not be able to recover your account or associated data.
